WaterSmart is a tool available to campus groups and individual homeowners to access their monthly, daily, and hourly water use. The platform has been in use since 2020 and automatically sends leak notifications, allowing customers to have a quicker response to leaks. The quick responses to leak notifications by customers saved at least 500,000 gallons from September 2021 to August 2022! Sometimes leaks can be hard to find; if you see one, report it to the Maintenance customer service department at 650-723-2281.
