Sustainable food systems and choices are becoming increasingly important in our global society. This fall, check out two courses to increase your knowledge about the food industry.  

‘HumBio 14: Understanding Connections between Food and the Environment’ is a one credit course that examines the complex connections between your food choices and our environment. The course meets Tuesdays form 1:30pm to 2:20pm.

‘Earth Systems 119: Will Work for Food’ is taking applications for juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in the food system. This hands-on, three quarter class, features food, field trips, and in-depth personal projects in a small cohort with supportive mentors. Apply now.
